The apartment was fantastic, included shower facilities and a hairdryer, and I enjoyed watching the city from the balcony.

The family that run Zouboulia Hotel are so friendly and helpful, it makes your holiday so special. You want to go back every year, which I do.

Next time I go to Kos/Kardamena this will be my choice again. Had a wonderful week at Dinos and ass. Place. The service and help is absolutely stunning, and the clean pool/bar area is absolutely perfect in the middle of town with all facilities next door. Car rent, bikerent at motopetros, supermarked and bus and taxi nearby. A big thank you dino for service during the week. The plot he made on beaches to visit was just amazing, also the suggestion of bringing a fresh watermelon and cool it in the wet sand.:-) Hopefully I spend time in your studios again soon.

The room I booked was perfectly clean and had 2 bathrooms.

The location and price is excellent. The owner is very helpful. Try to solve yr travel question. Easy to take bus to kos town, just take 5-6 mins to bus station . very convenience !! small town and quiet. also i would like to thank Booked.net for their help, my flt delay 3 hrs, my schedule arrvd time is 22:00pm, but I arvd 01:00, i try to call the hotel myself in necastle onboard but fail, i call the Booked.net agent and they call for me and arranged the hotel to wait for my check-in until 02:00am. excellent service bcos i travel with my daughter, so for us 01:00am in other country is bit of stress and scary. WELL DONE! ZOUBOULIA AND Booked.net !!

We let 3 rooms for 4 nights at Zouboulia and accommodations were great. Friendly and easy going staff. Rooms had split air conditioners that worked and as a bonus, all rooms were outfitted with storm shutters that kept out light and sound. Location in town was convenient to taverns and restaurants as well as waterfront and beach area. Room doors were insulated metal and locks were very secure. Rooms had mini refrigerators, hot plate and electric water kettle for coffee or tea. The pool was crystal clear and pool bar manned until 7pm. Facilities at pool were superior and well maintained.

The studio room with two bathrooms was nicely set up with coffee/tea makers, fridges, and kitchenware available.

This is nice place whit very frinendly and ready to assist owner Dinos. Thanks him for all assistance during our stay.

The room is spacious and has been recently renovated, featuring two bathrooms and convenient amenities such as an electric kettle, refrigerator, and air conditioning.

The staff here was always super friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. They were really nice and helpful throughout our stay! 😊

It has excellent and perfect location a walking distance from Alasarna Museum. And it's based in a good area so close to everything-beach bars and restaurants, shops beach bars restaurant and tavernas. The food is good and savoury.

The staff and the host were all really kind and exceptionally nice. The room was new-fashioned and spacious, with coffee/tea making machines, fridges and kitchenware.

I had a fantastic time at a budget-friendly hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the center, airport, and pubs. the room was spotlessly clean, with fresh towels and comfortable bedding. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing extra pillows and beds upon request. the pool area was phenomenal, offering a great place to relax and enjoy delicious food.

Only one downside was the thin and uncomfortable beds.

We very much appreciated the owner of the hotel and his son Dino's helpfulness. They were always ready to assist and help their clients.
